Reality to me is the regular, everyday activities that people perform. It is what's real in the world or concrete. This cancels out all of the hallucinations or dreams.

Smoking Advertisement

This right here is an old fashioned smoking advertisement for the company Tipalet. The author of this ad would be the company Tipalet and they are illustrating their product, cigarettes, to a younger audience of men who are looking to score women. Rhetoric is used to persuade the audience in this ad. Logos is used to display the 'faulty logic' that smoking this brand of cigarettes will lead you to getting with women, which is completely false. Pathos is displayed by using the emotional appeal of 'false need'. Its shown by saying that cigarettes are a solution to your women problems.
